- Directing an after-school program for Roma youth in Apalina
- Establishing and measuring progress toward overall goals
- Maintaining attendance records, payroll, and budget
- Teaching Romanian literacy to Hungarian students
- Developing curriculum for character education
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the local school
- Reaching out to parents in the community
- Teaching and leading worship in church meetings
- Training worship teams
- Leading and coordinating the children's ministries in our area
- Teaching community English classes
- Coordinating ministry events such as the Winter Bible School
- Discipling new believers one-on-one
- Driving those we work with to various medical or personal appointments throughout the region
- Assisting Attila with administrative and correspondence tasks
- Coordinate mission teams from the United States and England
- Serve in summertime camps for children and youth.
